Arrigo Andreoni
Chairman of the Board
Graduate in Chemical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, began his professional career in 1969 in the Montedison Group where he remained until 1993, covering various positions.
From 1981 to 1983 as EDP manager in Tecnimont, engineering companies of the Group, then as Director of Information Technology for Himont Europe, a joint venture between Montedison and Hercules.

In 1993 he joined the Pirelli Group as IT Coordinator in the Tyres sector. The following year he was Chief for Worldwide Information Technology. Since 1994 he has been Managing Director of Pirelli Science becaming the CEO in 2001.
Since 1 October 2001 he was Head of IS Technology Group for Telecom Italia Group.

From January 2002 was the Head of Information Technology Group in Telecom Italia and Chairman and Managing Director for IT Telecom S.p.A..
Having worked as Advisory for Telecom Italia to support the strategy of IT services offering for the business market, he founded the company IT4Value Inc., which develops advisory activities for the ICT sector

Fabio Maglioni
CEO & co-founder
Born in Milan, he graduated at the Bocconi University with a specialization on International Marketing of industrial complex products.  He started his career as System Administrator of the Ferruzzi-Montedison Group managing Reporting projects for Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Real-estate and Agro-Industrial industries.
From 1993 and until the end of 2001 he was part of the Italian Start-up of Hyperion Solutions - acquired by Oracle in 2007 - covering management roles and participating to national and international projects.
He has been a Start-up member for the International Operations of OutlookSoft Corporation where he became part of the International Management successfully driving and supporting the continental markets expantion.
Following the acquisition of OutlookSoft by SAP A.G.  in 2007, he was given a leading role to empower the Business Development in the SAP EMEA organization.
During 2008, along with a few trusted colleagues, decided to start the modomodo project.


Marco Arese
Director
Marco Arese is a co-founder and a general partner in RockRidge Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital fund and investment firm. He currently serves on the board of a number of software, media and energy companies including RMS Networks, AsiaDemand, Ambienta SGR and Trialpha Energy.
Graduate at Berkley Mr. Arese started his career with Citibank in
Milan and London, designing financial reporting software for multinational clients.
He was a co-founder of Hyperion Software, which provides financial management applications to major
U.S. and European multinationals.
Mr. Arese was co-founder and co-managing partner of Digital Media Capital LLC, a private venture capital firm based in
Stamford, Connecticut
, where he invested in seed and early stage Internet and Intranet related software and communications companies such as Critical Path and Sandpiper  Networks.
In 1998, he became a special limited partner in Pequot Venture Partners LP, the venture arm of  Pequot Capital Management.


François de Brabant
Director
Chairman and Managing, Director of Between a leading strategic and technological consultancy firm operating in the Information & Communication Technology (ICT), with particular focus on telecommunications.
Founding partner of RESEAU, the first ICTand TLC research and consultancy firm in Italy and, later Manager of Strategies, Planning and Innovation of Telecom Italia.

He has been the creator of “Osservatorio della Banda Larga” , a project born in 2002, aimed at monitoring the evolution of Broadband. This is achieved together with the Minister for Innovation and Technology and the Ministry of Communications. From 1981 to 1982 he was a member of the Commission for Electronics Program at the Ministry of Industry and member of the working group on telecommunications  for the Premiership. Born in Milan, Mr. de Brabant received a degree in Economics at the Bocconi University in Milan.


Piero Ferreri
Director
Graduated with a master in Aerospace Engineering in Milano, Italy, Piero soon changed direction and started a career in the Banking industry as a financial analyst. In the early 80s became an independent consultant installling mainframe-based financial reporting systems for large corporations and became a major contributor to the success of the Connecticut-based IMRS Inc. The company, later renamed Hyperion Solutions was eventually acquired by Oracle. In late 1999 Piero joined the founders of Outlooksoft and played a significant role in the design and implementation of a new generation of corporate performance management software, until the company was acquired by SAP in 2007.
Piero is married and has two boys in the teens. He is a private pilot and built his own airplane. He also has a sail boat and once was (and probably still is) a decent jazz and rock drummer. He speaks fluent Italian, English and French.


Maurizio di Robilant
Director

Maurizio di Robilant started his carrier as designer in 1971 and worked for many years in New York and in Italy for major International Design Companies. In 1984 he founded RobilantAssociati, the leading Brand Advisory and Design firm in the Italian market, that offers its services worldwide.  He is member of business and cultural networks such as Renaissance Link, EXPOnenti2015, Symbola - Foundation for Italian Quality, Alta Gamma and Cologni Foundation for artistic trades: he is committed to enhancing the excellence of Made in Italy quality and culture in the world.
Maurizio di Robilant is a regular consultant at Politecnico of Milan (Milan Design Faculty), SDA Bocconi School of Management, Domus Academy, MIB School of Management di Trieste, The European House Ambrosetti, lecturing on the theme of Brand Management.
